Soprano Surface pastes will fire ideally when applied in layers no thicker than 1mm.
Most firing furnaces will fire Soprano Surface beautifully. Here are the must-have features:
Integrated vacuum
Pre-dry capabilities
Chamber size adequate for full-arch cases
Controlled cooling capabilities (must-have for any full-arch zirconia firing)
Soprano Stains and Surface Pastes utilize identical firing settings and can be fired as follows:
First bake: high temp of 775C
Second bake: high temp of 770C
Third bake: high temp of 765C
Glaze bake: high temp of 750C without vacuum
